1. Pricing & Payment
All product prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Prices for precious metals are live and fluctuate with the market. The price is locked in at the point of your order confirmation.
Full payment is required to secure your order. We accept Bank Transfer (Direct Deposit) only. Orders will be processed and allocated once cleared funds are received in our account.
2. Order Confirmation & Allocation
Receiving an order confirmation email does not constitute a final sale. Allocation of specific bullion products is subject to the successful receipt of cleared funds and our verification procedures.
We reserve the right to cancel any order, at our discretion, in the event of a pricing error, inventory discrepancy, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.
3. Storage, Insurance & Risk
Title and risk in the bullion products pass to you upon full payment and allocation. While we offer secure storage options, any storage or insurance services are subject to separate agreements and fees.
4. Reserves & Limits
BullionCoin.com.au reserves the right to limit quantities, refuse sale, or impose purchasing limits to any individual or entity at our sole discretion, in accordance with our legal and regulatory obligations.
